Showcasing their latest world-class professional loudspeaker systems at the ISE Show Martin Audio unveiled their new SuperPower. Red Square created the SuperPowers Teaser graphic campaign for social media for the run-up to the show. This is complimented with new brochure literature and web pages for the O-Line – plus Exhibition Stand Wall Graphics and Video Stings for the all of the Martin Audio loudspeaker ranges.

BGG UK have an updated Lighting Tower Brochure for the launch of their new line-up of lighting towers. Red Square created refreshed artwork for BGG’s brochures and datasheets, together with the graphic boards for the Executive Hire News Show.

Rental spec diesel generator manufacturer, BGG, will show a range of generators (from 10-2500kVa) and will launch a new line-up of lighting towers.

Another Tropical Christmas

As something of a tradition, Tropical Blinds asked Red Square to produce their corporate Christmas Card. This time the design was based on their iconic Palm logo — transformed into some festive holy.

This follows on from a series of Christmas cards produced by Red Square over the years.

Getting it covered for DDS

The power of good PR is impressive as DDS and Sandhurst later found out to their delight after we visited one of DDS’s demolition sites in Kent: Sheerness Steel Works.

An early morning visit to the Sheerness site, where DDS were engaged tearing down steel production sheds, produced enough photographic and editorial material for Red Square to create press releases and a video.

We wrote the press release to explain how plant dealer Sandhurst had sold DDS three Atlas Copco Hydraulic Breakers. Both companies were included in the story and background was given about the Steel works.

We then used our editorial contacts within the Construction and Demolition trade press to distribute the release.

DDS Group buyer Lee Pooley was particularly pleased because his company’s heavy excavators and new breaker attachments were featured in every media piece published. Great publicity for DDS.

Collectively the coverage was worth thousands of pounds when compared to the cost of buying equivalent advertising space.

Digital Video for New Series Product Launch

10 new products across optimised line arrays, amplifiers and stage monitors plus a selection of Martin Audio’s latest ranges were launched at Prolight+Sound (UK) and InfoComm (USA). Red Square were responsible for creating all marks, logotypes and assets for the new product series — Wavefront Precision loudspeakers, iKON amplifiers plus LE and XE Stage Monitors.

A series of digital videos were produced by Red Square to promote the launch of the products at the shows. A version of the digital video was also shown at the show on the big screens in the Prolight+Sound foyer prompting the Martin Audio stand and demo room.

Wavefront Precision – a logotype with magic

Martin Audio recently launched their new Line Array speakers, The Wavefront Precision Series.

The Wavefront Precision Series is a new generation of multipurpose line arrays designed to bring Martin Audio’s signature sound, coverage consistency and control to a broader range of live events, permanent venue installations and budgets. Wavefront Precision is designed to be uniquely flexible, upgradeable and financially accessible with “a magic, giving more precision to sound control.”

Red Square were tasked with creating an identity for the Wavefront Precision. The brief was to create a logo that had a mark that was immediately identifiable. This had to work with the Martin Audio logo and the other Martin Audio brands.

A mono-tone black and white logo was chosen to mirror both the Martin Audio logo and the colour of the speakers themselves. A strong ‘W’ target motif was chosen to symbolise both the sound waveforms and the element of precision.

The form of the logo was flexible so that the mark could be used on it’s own or with the logotype in either centre stacked, position right or single line centred. Applied on all assets related to the Wavefront Precision range and on the speakers themselves; the logo has been used across all marketing outlets from brochures to exhibition walls and video.

An Iconic book that’s Rock’n’Roll

Martin Audio wanted a ‘Coffee table’ style book that celebrated their heritage and a exploration/showcase for their MLA series loudspeakers.

At 116 pages the book featured a predominant use of glorious photography mixed with great copy. The brief: to design something that feels iconic and rock’n’roll.

Very well received by their customers, it was a hearty volume of Martin Audio’s history and achievements over it’s 45 year history.

Landscape A4 in size with a hardback cover, finished with a non-scuff velvet lamination.
