Oberheim is the 21st century return of the company that helped fuel the electronic music revolution, guided by the vision of Tom Oberheim with the help of Sequential and Focusrite.
Oberheim Electronics, one of the most venerated names in synthesiser design announced its return to operation, in May 2022, to meet the rising global demand for its sought-after instruments.
With the launch of its new product, the OB-X8: an 8-voice polyphonic analog synth that combines all of the key features of the legendary OB-X, OB-Xa, and OB-8 products from the 1980s — Square Interactive Design Limited were brought onboard to help with the launch of the OB-X8, designing and building the new Oberheim website.
